Customer Service is very good. I had a faulty banner which was replaced without trouble in a timely manner.
The not so perfect part is that the replacement banner came in and was way darker than the first one. All other banners I ordered (3) also were too dark. I has assumed that they would all be as pretty as the very first one.
Hold back on the black ink!!!
