I had a rocky start, so it took me longer than most I am sure. I had 2 accounts without realizing it and my work was in work account which it should have been. Bottom line after driving the customer service people crazy with questions, I figured it out and smooth sailing. Product production, mulitple chances to make changes with the order and care to perfection came through! Love the banners and will be doing more.
