The process and website were easy to use from a designers perspective, and the final prints turned out great. Initially, the carrying cases were missing, but customer service quickly resolved the issue and shipped them directly to my client in California. The only hiccup was being asked to provide a photo of what I didn't receive. Since I had already packed everything for shipment, I had to unpack and photograph what I did receive.....it would be more convenient if customers weren't required to take photos of missing items.
