When ordering 40kg, needs to be 2 boxes and two separate shipping labels. They used one label on 2 packages so DHL cancelled and returned the whole order. Other time I ordered for full price and 1 day later the same feed went into discount 30% because the expiring date was too close by. So I asked for part refund, because that expiring date was literally the same on the bags I received (3days after ordering). The answer was no which suprised me because one day the quality is perfect enough to sel for full price, the other it is only worth 70% of full price. Well.. not amused by that but doggo needs this food, so. Would be great if a Dutch retailer would start selling this
