This is the first protein powder I’ve tried and I was really grateful for the opportunity as I’ve been taking the gym a lot more seriously the last couple of months. I have one scoop each morning in my overnight chia seed/oats. At first I was quite bloated in the evenings but after 4-5 weeks of eating this persistently every morning the gut symptoms improved. I feel these would have been even worse with whey protein. The vanilla flavour isn’t overpowering in the oats. I’m really happy with the product and will likely purchase more.
