They fulfilled their commitments. All goods received by them has been up to my expectations. Batteries are very good, charge fully and last the quoted time. I shall be ordering several more products from them for Xmas...as presents. After 33 years of smoking, I have given up, and don't even miss it for a moment. They provide a product that is medically better, at a fraction of the price. Way to go. They have contributed to my health, and I will be recommending them in the future
