Do not buy from this company! First, the shipping was late because they “misplaced” my order, and then when I called, I got the runaround because they do not have a clear chain of command on shipping. And I always had to follow-up — they never updated me on any of these issues. Order came weeks later than anticipated. And now that I have had the couch for a year, it is falling apart & they refuse to do anything for me. They are unprofessional, unreliable and NOT focused on the customer at all.
