I am a regular customer of the organization. I started using the services of them a couple of years ago. If I compare my experience with other writing companies, they have been the most reliable and professional. They are very responsive in nature, even though my requirements are usually pretty technical and specific. There were two instances when I had to revise my chapters as per their revision policy. But both the times ebook writing profs revised it for free.
