This is company is a disgrace.
If there is a problem, they won't answer your calls unless you call from a private number.
They have left us without hot water / heating for weeks. After we told them that we made a complaint to the trading standards , they agreed to send someone to fix one of the issues free of charge but ...in November ( that was back in September )
That would mean we would stay without hot water/ heating for next 6 weeks. Awful customer service.
Posted a review on Google, they took it down straight away.
Also noticed previously that some of the reviews were by the admin staff .
Dishonest company .
