I have three Eckman cordless tools purchased from My smart Buys. I had to get two new lithium batteries recelled indepently but I have been trying to replace a mains charger
for two months without a reply , I have even written to the CEO without any response
This is just about the lousiest firm I have ever dealt , or tried to deal with
It is a pity because the tools are quite good when working
My advice is to keep well away from these cowboys
