Product is excellent but the aftersales service when a spare part is required is beyond acceptability.
I was told that for the replacement cap on the chain oil reservoir to go down to my local DIY or garden centre to see if they could provide one! Unbelievable!
I am still chasing Eckman but won't hold my breath!
