Again not worth one star. Two months ago i ordered the 2 in 1 back pack unit - it worked great for an hour - e mailed the company and they collected the item as agreed on June 11th with the intention of replacing with another, despite numerous e mails and sitting on the phone for hours ever since - just to be passed to different departments and wait in yet another queue - i have not received the replacement.
Customer service is a disgrace
