AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE - Thought I had ordered a chainsaw and hedge trimmer, handed over my credit card details etc, called them approx 15 days later only to be told that no product was ever ordered. Reordered only to receive a completely different product. Website says customer service open from 08:00 nearly 10:00 and still be told office now closed. Spoke with the Telegraph as this is where I saw Eckman advertised but they are not interested. It frustrates me that I have to give them a 1 star they are not worth it - Shame on you Eckman.
