Avoid this company.
I ordered a hedge trimmer in April in May they delivered a previously re boxed damaged product which I returned. Still waiting for re delivery and it is now July.
On the only occasion I have managed to speak to a human in customer service he promised me it was in transit that over two weeks ago.
Tried to ring customer service but can't get through.
E-mailing is no better as although you will receive a reply they seem to be standard and do not address your specific issue.
