I ordered low value item 24th January. Still not received it although they charged 4.95 for 48 hour delivery. I sent an email to support 29th about 9 o'clock but no response. I have just gone in to reviews and wish I had done this before I ordered because there are so many negative reviews.
I shall have a word with the correct authorities to see if anything that can be done to stop this company from trading .
