Nothing, was about to order the extending Hedge Trimmer but, thankfully, read the reviews on here. Thanks to everyone who has reviewed what seems a shambolic company and I hope you get some recompense.
Off to order from Argos, Screwfix or Toolstation where I may pay more but at least can collect the same day!
