I also wish I had read these reviews before placing an order on 31st Jan.
As of today, 20th Feb, the goods are still to arrive. As others report, no response from "support" either by email or phone. I suspect this company is in trouble but that is no excuse for not fulfilling orders for which they have accepted payment.
