Further to my previous comment that customer services told me that my order was despatched at 15.03 on Tuesday 14th July, Nothing has arrived and no despatch number. I did get an e-mail response sent on Sunday (yes Sunday) 19th July saying that my order had been despatched and would be received in a maximum of five working days. I will try to ring them tomorrow (Monday) and if they can't give me a tracking number I will cancel the order and buy elsewhere and then try to get my money back. I will be making a complaint about this company to trading standards.
