Appalling. I have learned my lesson, and never again will I order from a company that I don't know without checking reviews first. Just rang them after more than a month of waiting ... after a long hold, was informed that they had refunded my card (I must check that) because the order was cancelled. In fairness, I hadn't actually cancelled the order, but had informed 'customer service' via email last week that if it hadn't been received by last Friday, I was going to cancel the order. They never replied to that email and I didn't send another, but I guess they realised I was never going to get the item. Just checked my account, no refund processed, the lying feckers.
