Very unprofessional and couldn't care less attitude from customer services telephone operators. Ordered two items on 8th July. No goods arrived so I phoned about 3 days ago. I was told goods had just come back into stock and had been dispatched. One item was delivered today so I phoned again to find out about the second item and was told it was no longer available. I asked why I was not informed and was told I probably should have been told. I was so annoyed I wanted to return the item that had been delivered so they gave me a RAC number and told me I would have to pay the return costs, unbelievable.
