For your information. I have now binned my 2 year old non-working, not much used garden vac. Many reports here share my anger at total lack of any communications from Eckman, but I see that according to Companies House Eckman UK has one director and one employee (possibly the same person) so don't expect any help or any response from "customer service" when your product breaks down.
