I wanted to cancel an order I had made for two chairs. Contacted Eckman by email and telephone. Had no problem speaking to someone on the telephone and my order was cancelled immediately. I received a response from my emails and my payment was reimbursed within 24hrs .
After reading previous reviews I felt I needed to write about my experience which was positive .
