It seems like many others I requested a refund, was told everything ok refund would be in my bank within three days. Eckman took payment within 24hrs
8 days later still no sign of the money, called again to be told because I paid by debit card it went through Sagepay and would be delayed by a few days.
At time of writing Eckman still owe me £177.98 inspire of promises the refund has been processed
