Dreadful company - sad as a few years ago I rated them highly so what's happened I wonder?
I should have thought twice when I called the sales line and they did not know the answers to my simple questions. Once ordered, my item did not arrive and I had to chase them several times getting emails back saying wait 7 days - I pointed out it was already 7 days and still no delivery. Eventually action and I had my item the following day. Old fashioned customer service or just incompetence - I dont know but I cannot now recommend Eckman.
