Tried to get a spare part for my 4in1 hedge trimmer. Was told not possible, nobody with any technical knowledge, unable to give any clue as to manufacturer, didn't understand the concept of my wishing to speak to someone more senior for advice.
I am stunned , how is this company still trading ?
