Ordered an item on Tuesday paying extra for 24 hour delivery. By Thursday I hadn't received the item so I sent an email. By Friday evening no reply to my email and still no goods so I phoned Eckman who only offered to refund the £3 extra paid for 24 hour delivery. Parcel tracking wasn't working on their system and the company refused to offer a full refund unit the item was returned, effectively making me responsible. Yet another bad review for Eckman, no wonder they don't use social media!
