ANOTHER BAD REVIEW: I ordered a telescopic hedge trimmer on Monday, paid £3 extra for next-day delivery, emailed and called and was promised immediate results and now it's Thursday evening (3 days later) and still nothing. I made time today to cut the hedge. I should sue and I might reach for my lawyer.
Why can't they just be honest and say something honest: "it's chaos in our warehouse mate; our main driver just walked out after putting a virus into our computer system, the courier won't deal with us for unpaid bills and, let's face it, our customer service department is a joke. You'll be lucky to get your hedge trimmer within a week. What we need is some hard working immigrants. Best bet is to come down to the store, and if you pay by cheque the company might go bust before they can cash it."
