I ordered a spare battery for my Eckman Hedge Trimmer on 6th June paid extra for next day delivery 7.99 today is 24th June and I still have not received the battery let alone the refund for my next day delivery charge despite many phone calls.
Honestly this company is so bad I shall never buy form them again and shall let all of my friends know what kind of company Eckman is regardless of what they say in their catalogues.......
