Item still there waiting for the safety specs Very cross - demanded that the item be taken to local courier as I had stayed in and man lined up to use it. Was promised a call from a supervisor - that like the trimmer didn't turn up . Called again and spoke to a customer services agent on whom I vented my wrath! She was calm and very efficient and told me that she would do her utmost to get the item to me. BUT as it was Friday she couldn't promise delivery the next day Saturday a.m. no delivery. Email to Jonathon Swift highly critical of his company etc etc. Saturday pm arriving home from town passed a Yodel van. Husband confirms that trimmer delivered. Hooray!
