Last year bought a second 4 in 1 electric hedge trimmer and gave the first one, 3 years old, to my son-in-law which he is still using.
Unfortunately the motor failed on the second with just a few days left on 12 month warranty. Contacted eckman who picked it up 3 days later and have replaced it NO QUIBBLES.
This machine may not be as robust as others but then it is not as expensive. It is good value at a sensible price for the average gardener.
Would recommend it and eckman to anyone. Excellent service.
