Their ".call centre." could not give me any information - the goods were allegedly held up in their warehouse due to "shipment problems" My research identifies a company run by disqualified (bankrupt) directors . It takes your money up front for goods, fails to deliver, promises refunds and uses the £multi-million cash for offshore scams, dodgy deals or drug imports. It deserves in-depth investigation by HMRC tax and Police fraud teams, as it should not be an online fraud.
