Order chased ist November, and told goods
out of stock. I asked why I had not been informed and was told
my details had not been entered on the order, but goods
will be in stock on 10th November
Goods despatched 11 November and received 14th November
I have no faith in your system or your quoted terms of business
so will not use your services in future
