The order could not be filled because the product was out of stock. But the website purchasing did not say it was out of stock. I only received an email later to let me know.
Then, I was given a delivery date. It had to be revised by further notifications that there was a further delay. Finally it was delivered some 3.5 weeks after the purchase was made on-line.
This is poor practice.
