Ordered an item from their brochure on Nov. 30th, 2014. Supposedly "guaranteed delivery by Christmas if ordered before Dec.21st". Nothing after one week, so phoned to chase and told item out of stock, would be delivered within five days of Dec 15th. By Dec 24th no sign of delivery, so e-mailed customer services to request refund of payment. One week later, no reply.
Unbelievably poor service!
