Ordered a pair of slippers on Dec 5th, received an email saying out of stock but would be delivered about the 15th Dec. Still waiting. No reply to my email. Telephone is never answered. If this is not resolved by the end of the week will refer the matter back to Paypal and get money refunded. Customer services non existant !!!
