I ordered AND SENT PAYMENT for a further two items in early NOVEMBER ! I have still not received these although my cheque was of course cashed,after about five phone calls I was told twice that the goods had been sent off,this was totally untrue as it turned out NOTHING had been sent and I am still waiting for a refund.
