Placed an order on 13th December 2014 still waiting for my items, rang them three times today (5th January 2015) the first person put the phone down on me when I said it wasn't a new order, the second person said I will transfer you to customer services, my third attempt resulted in me finally getting through only to be told " I will transfer you to customer services" at this point on the verge of exploding I calmly explained that she was the third person to "transfer me to customer services" she eventually gave me a different telephone number...............wish me luck on getting through!!!
