Purchased a door canopy December 2014 in good faith, paid by credit card. Waited for delivery, managed only once to speak to customer service. Advised that goods would be dispatched within the delivery period of their small print, ( basic lip service with an attitude from customer service). Total waste of time trying to get hold of them as they are experiencing high call load, advise call back tomorrow every time. Again they do not respond to emails. Not sure if a reliable company
Have advised credit card company.
Would not advise dealing with them as very unpredictable and unreliable.
Now have to go through process of organising anothe canopy
