Ordered a gate (19579) on 7th December - money taken from account straight away. No mention of being out of stock. Emailed on 2nd jan and again a few days later.. Still no response to emails by19th jan. Rang a few weeks ago eventually got through and told stock was coming in but still no delivery. Now can't get through at all - customer service line keeps on hold for 10-15 mins and then cuts off. Terrible customer service. Would give no stars if there was that option.
