Ordered a aerator/scarifier on 3 January. Money taken from bank account immediately. Waited for delivery due within 5 days. Product now appears to be on back order. Did get through to customer services after waiting ages. Was told the manager would call back. Cannot get through to the customer service line .
Be careful dealing with this company.
