Ordered solar powered security lights ... they didn't turn up! Contacted Eckman customer service who informed me they were delivered to my porch when i was out. I don't own a porch! I have tried to tell them this over 2 telephone calls and 3 emails . No joy, i now just get ignored and they do not answer my emails.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, there is a strong chance you will be out of pocket like me! The next step is the small claims court ... all for items that were £33.98!!!!
Stay away from Eckman!
