Very poor service. Combined telescopic hedge trimmer and chainsaw ordered, it arrived in a battered box with the chainsaw blade missing. No instructions or safety information.
Mistakes happen but the lack of care trying to get this rectified is appalling, calls not returned, nobody seems to care. No apology.
Still waiting three weeks after delivery, still no chainsaw blade.
Please do not buy from this company, they simply do not give a damn.
