UNBELIEVABLE RUDENESS After a number of phone calls to the parts department and being told that someone would call back which never happen, I decided to call again. I was informed by a member of staff that I needed to send a photograph of the part I needed, I completely understand that that was a good way making sure that the correct part was ordered, but I did informed this person that on my last two calls I wasn't told this information and if I had known this I would have sent a photograph earlier, before I could finish what I was saying this woman started over talking me and saying don't speak to her in that manner in the end her rudeness got the better off me so I put the phone down. Even though I reported this to a member of the customer service team and yet another call to find were my part is all I am being told is that the manufacture hasn't got back to them. I believe this unhelpfulness is due to the complaint I put in regarding this staff member, What I would like to make plainly clear is that I suffer from Tinnitus so speaking on the phone sometimes is quite difficult, It wouldn't be to my advance to be rude to someone that I am speaking to on the phone. So now after two weeks of waiting I still have not had a phone call or a price on how much this part will cost and to be perfectly honest I'm thinking of taking my money somewhere else that appreciates their customers.
