Mine is a more positive review than most of the others, so I thought it only fair to record it. I bought the petrol hedgecotter etc backpack kit. This arrived in 2 packages via Yodel. A substantial well made and finished machine. Unfortunately the chainsaw guide bar was missing - evidence suggests that one package had broken open in transit and in repacking the chainsaw bar got lost. I asked for a spare to be sent but was told that this item not carried as a spare - whole kit would have to be returned. I repacked the packages and they were collected by Yodel, all arranged and paid for by Eckman. I was offered the option of a complete replacement kit, or money back. I had now become aware that there might be a problem in getting engine and other spares after the 12 month guarantee period and I would expect this equipment to be repairable and to be serviceable fior some years so, reluctantly, I opted for money back. This arrived within 2 or 3 days. If I could have been sure about future availability of spares I would have kept the kit, and would have given a five star rating - in the circumstances I give four.
