Long reach hedge trimmer ordered and confirmed May 22nd, but no delivery date given. Chased June 1st, 4th, 5th and 9th by e-mail - no response, Tried to telephone but a queue of 16 people.
What sort of company is this? How bad can the management be? How can the company apparently ignore all the above negative comments and a rating of only 1.58? I'd give nil stars but that's not an option.
