I ordered a laundry product. It was manufactured in 2013 the expiry date is 2016. 6 emails and 3 telephone calls later - no reponse.Taking the complaint to the Dispute Ombudsman and my Mastercard provider for a refund.
I wish I had read all other complaints before I spent £50.00 with them.
