I ordered muti-purpose chainsaw, hedge trimmer, strimmer/ brush cutter pack, I new it was out of stock due to its popularity and was prepared to wait until new stock wasexpected on 27th April, the package was delivered by Yodel and was in an appalling state with some items protruding through the side of aboxwithout any internal packing. The package had been handled so roughly in transit coursing Yodel to attempt repackaging. The attempt to repackage was terrible and in the process essential parts where lost. I contacted Eckman and arrangements where made by them for a swift collection and acomplete new package was received within five days. I am highly delighted with the unit,it seems to me that most of the problem lies with the packaging and Yodel only minor improvements are needed for me to give Eckman 5 stars.
