As an 79yr old bloke l bought battery garden equipment from Eckmans to help me last year, this year went to use the and the batteries only lasted two minutes, charged them again and the same thing happened.
On emailing them was told had to get new batteries at nearly £40.00 each, on being an OAP its just to much, so now l have equipment that is useless. I also tried to ring the but get no answer.The company should be taken to court as the batteries are no way up to standard.
A very unhappy old bloke!!!
