From the first time they rang me after the accident with my car, they were fabulous. I’d like to thank Chim for being sensitive, patient, understanding when I was in shock, and just as kind later when he arranged a car for me and worked with me to get the information that would enable them to recover the cost from the other party. He was amazing. The car I had was great, too. It was delivered clean and very Covid safely and performed brilliantly throughout the time I had it. When the claim was settled, they collected the car when it was convenient for me and made sure it was when I had my own car, so I was never left stranded. Both delivery and collection were at the promised times and the drivers rang me to say when to expect them. They were also really nice, people. I’m so, so impressed by EasyDrive and everyone who I dealt with. I’m very grateful to them all.
