Very happy at first as they seemed very keen to resolve as fast as possible, I signed on the doted line then everything went slow mo. I understand that the longer it takes the more money they make from hire vehicle from the third party @ £110 per day a bit high in my view.
It’s been over a month and still not resolved. I have chased them a few times.
